When you check in or use the app we collect your name and phone number, used to identify you. We may also store information you provide voluntarily — birthday, photos, voice notes, written wishes, and matchmaking profile data (interests, quiz answers) for the Match game. Anything not required to take part in the wedding is optional.

Your data runs the wedding-day experience — check-in and seating, the wishes wall, guest matchmaking, quiz/game scoring, and the AI concierge "LB" answering questions about the event. We never use it for advertising and never sell it to third parties.

The app requests only the Google OAuth drive.file scope — this grants access solely to files and folders the app itself creates; it cannot read anything else in the connected account's Drive. We use it to archive wedding photos and wishes into the couple's own Google Drive as a keepsake. This connection is made by the couple/admin only — it has nothing to do with any guest's Google account.

Messages and photos you submit (wishes, questions to LB) may be sent to an AI model to answer questions about the event and to moderate content before it appears publicly on the wishes wall. The AI provider processes this data on our behalf and does not use it for any other purpose.

Event data (photos, wishes, game results) is kept as the couple's personal keepsake after the wedding. If you'd like your content removed, contact the couple directly using the details below.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run this app — hosting/database infrastructure and the AI provider noted above. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing.

We rely on our legitimate interest in hosting this wedding and looking after our guests. Entering the app means you have read this notice — it is not consent, and it binds nothing beyond running this wedding. Some features ask for your consent separately — for example finding your photos by face. Those are opt-in only, asked on their own, and you can decline or withdraw at any time.
